The simple rules

Your business status

When you sign up, we review your details. You'll be approved, asked for changes, paused, or closed — and we'll always email you why.

Your rewards

Every reward you create is reviewed before it goes live. Once it's live, you can pause or end it — but the rules can't change while it's running. This keeps it fair for customers.

Checking codes

You can only check codes that belong to rewards you created. Every check is saved, so there's always a record.

We'll email you

Whenever something important happens — your business is approved, a reward goes live, a customer redeems — you'll get an email.

If something goes wrong

If a business misuses rewards or breaks the rules, we can turn them off. We'll always explain why.
